preparing local plan of the city at an area of 7354 hectar and adopting it from the Municipal Council. Municipality and Ministry of Municipal and rural Affairs, hence, a detailed plan shall be prepared for full urban scope of the city along with approving it.
The project includes preparing Hydrological study approved by Saudi Geological Survey Authority of the city.
